During the initial consultation we will discuss the scope of work, bid submission deadline, timeline from start to finish and the established budget for the project. We will also discuss material options to visualize the finished product.

For larger projects we do require construction documents to be submitted for review to our email info@migeneralcontractors.com. If our services are needed to help produce construction documents we will be more than happy to assist you.
